We collect information only when you voluntarily submit it through our website forms:

Free audit request form: name, business email, website URL, and any notes you provide
General contact form: name, email, subject, and message

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie consent mechanism will be added before any tracking begins.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare the audit you requested, or provide the services you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How it's stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider's built-in form-handling service. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can review Netlify's own privacy practices at their website.

How long we keep it

We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize data on request.

Your rights under GDPR

As an individual in the EU/EEA (or wherever GDPR-equivalent rights apply), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict our processing of your data
Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman

Third-party services

This site embeds Calendly for scheduling calls. When you use the Calendly widget, Calendly processes your data under its own privacy policy, independent of Softopix.
